01. Family

I have an incredible wife and two daughters to do life with. We are trying to maximize this wonderful stage of life together!

02. Golf

I was bit by the golf bug in my early teens and haven’t been able to shake it! I’m fortunate to live in an area with so many incredible courses to play.

03. OUTDOORS

If anything comes close to beating a day on the golf course, it’s a day on the water. I love boating, paddle boarding, and scuba diving.

04. MY PROJECT

I’m continuing to work on and improve my 1979 Toyota Land Cruiser. The work is never-ending, but it gets even cooler by the day!

05. Man’s Best Friend

I get it, because I’m a dog person too! I’ve had some incredible dogs growing up and through the years. This character is Bandit and he joined us during the Covid pandemic.

06. EXPLORING

We absolutely love to travel and explore new places. Our travel bucket list is deep, so we won’t be sitting still anytime soon.

NO. 1

Family comes first! Leland resides in Jupiter with his wife and two teenage daughters. He’s an avid golfer and loves hitting the beach. In addition to recreational pursuits, they are actively involved in the local community through school and church.

NO. 2

Leland’s marketing career started with his first entrepreneurial endeavor, a sign manufacturing and wide-format printing business. Lessons learned over years of working with large corporations and small local businesses have proved to be valuable assets when it comes to marketing and selling beautiful homes.

Leland has been an active real estate investor for nearly two decades. He’s not just winging it here! Leland has personal experience with land, residential and commercial real estate, tenant management, and investment analysis.
